Welcome to Calle Foster Coaching & Consulting. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.CalleFoster.com and any coaching, consulting, speaking, or related services you purchase or engage with through CFC.

By accessing our website or working with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before engaging.

1. About Us

Calle Foster Coaching & Consulting is a professional services business owned by Calle Foster and based in Chicago, Illinois. We offer 1:1 coaching programs, workshops, speaking engagements, and related professional development services for Millennial and GenZ professionals and their managers.

2. Services

Coaching Programs

CFC offers private 1:1 coaching programs, typically structured as 4-month or 6-month engagements. Sessions are conducted virtually. Program details, session frequency, and scope are outlined in a separate client agreement (coaching contract) signed before services begin. These Terms work alongside that agreement, not in place of it.

Workshops and Speaking

CFC also offers group workshops and speaking engagements for organizations and professional communities. These are governed by a separate agreement or proposal specific to that engagement.

Scope of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative professional relationship focused on helping you identify goals, build awareness, and take intentional action. Calle Foster is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed through IPEC. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. If you need any of those services, we'll encourage you to seek the appropriate professional.

3. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission
Use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
Use our content to train AI models or automated systems without permission

All content on www.CalleFoster.com, including written copy, images, frameworks, graphics, and branding, is owned by Calle Foster Coaching & Consulting and protected by copyright. You're welcome to share links to our content with appropriate credit. Reproducing or repackaging it as your own is not okay.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

Payment terms for coaching programs are outlined in your client agreement. In general:

Coaching programs require either full payment or an agreed-upon payment plan before services begin
We don't offer refunds on coaching programs once sessions have started, except where required by law
If extraordinary circumstances arise, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis at CFC's discretion

Workshop and speaking fees are outlined in the relevant proposal or agreement.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Session cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your client agreement and in the HoneyBook scheduling system. In general, we ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Repeated late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.

6. Confidentiality

What you share in coaching stays in coaching. Calle Foster holds your information with strict confidentiality in line with ICF ethics standards. The only exceptions are situations where disclosure is required by law or where there is a reasonable belief of risk of harm to you or others.

Similarly, you agree to keep confidential any proprietary tools, frameworks, or materials we share with you in our work together. They're for your personal use, not for redistribution.

7. Results Disclaimer

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your commitment, the actions you take, and circumstances beyond anyone's control. We're proud of the results our clients achieve, and we can't guarantee specific outcomes. Testimonials shared on our website reflect individual experiences and aren't a promise of what you'll experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All content produced under the Calle Foster Coaching & Consulting brand, including frameworks, worksheets, templates, newsletter content, social media content, and website copy, is the intellectual property of Calle Foster. You may not reproduce, repurpose, or distribute it without explicit written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We're not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those external sites. Linking to them doesn't mean we endorse them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calle Foster Coaching & Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
