Why I chose to help?

As a millennial, I've felt the tension between being authentic and adhering to corporate norms to pursue career success.

I know what it's like to feel capable of more, yet unsure how to navigate the unwritten rules that often shape career growth.

That's why I do this work. I want to help Millennials, Gen-Z, and their leaders build the confidence, skills, and leadership capabilities needed to thrive.

Before I Was Your Coach, I Was You

Growing Up in Corporate

I spent 15+ years in Sales and Learning & Development inside large organizations. I learned how people grow, how they get overlooked, and what actually drives career progression.

Leading at Scale

I led training and leadership development across an 800-store retail network, working with frontline employees through to C-suite executives. This is where I built the frameworks I still use as a leadership coach in Chicago today.

Seeing the Problem From the Inside

Even with experience, I know what it feels like to be good at your job but still feel invisible. To struggle with self-advocacy. To want more but not know how to access it.

That experience shaped how I coach today.

Betting on Myself

In 2023, I left corporate to build something of my own—a practice focused on helping professionals grow faster, with more clarity and support than I ever had.

Building My Coaching Practice

Since then, I’ve completed 500+ coaching hours across industries including finance, tech, law, healthcare, and nonprofits.

In January 2026, I earned my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through iPEC.

On a Personal Note…

I'm a Seattle native who planted roots in Chicago, living with my husband and a canine crew that could absolutely carry a sitcom. I love to cook (credit to my mom and brother), and my ideal evening involves great food, great wine, and the kind of conversations that go three hours longer than planned.

You might catch me at a live music show or somewhere international. Realistically though, I'm probably at home, fully horizontal with at least one dog on top of me, watching whatever show everyone's been talking about.
