As a millennial, I've felt the tension between being authentic, and adhering to corporate norms to pursue career success.

With 15+ years in Sales and Learning & Development at large corporations, with clients and partners ranging from frontline to C-Suite executives, I’ve seen and experienced how a lack of engaged development can lead to disengagement and stifled progress. I've gained insights and built effective repeatable strategies for personal branding, interpersonal connection, and effective leadership.

I specialize in equipping Millennials, Gen-Z, and their leaders with the tools to lead multi-generational teams effectively. Leaders today juggle many roles and often don’t have the time to focus on people development, which is where I step in. I’m a Seattle native turned Windy City explorer. Living with my husband and a canine crew that rivals any sitcom cast. I love to cook, thanks to my mother & brother, and relish evenings at home, surrounded by friends, great food, great wine, and rich conversation.

You might catch me dancing to live music or globe-trotting. But let's be real, I'm probably at home, cuddled up with my furry co-stars, binging the latest TV sensation.
